Our head office situated in Stone Town is open from 08h30 till 17h00 during week days and 08h30 till noon on Saturdays. However, one team member remains on duty until 18h00 on week days and until noon on local public holidays.

Besides, we offer a 24h/7 service in order to cater for all bookings and queries outside office hours. This service is very much appreciated and is useful to overcome with the time differences between here and the rest of the world as well as on local public holidays.

The Planning & Operations team offers a 24h/7 service and choose with high accuracy the proper vehicles for each service.

Upon request, our Arrival Team will organize Arrival & Departure at the Airport for your preferred guests. The passengers can benefit from fast tracks for Vip arrivals with extra costs.
